Returns & Changes

For every purchase it is our duty to improve the experience of buying and selling and to eliminate uncertainty and possible mistakes. It is therefore important to clarify what our Returns & Changes Policy is and that it applies to everyone. The Return & Changes Policy is accepted by anyone who uses the services of the website

If you wish to return a product bought from for any reason, you can do so, within 30 days from the date of receipt, as long as it is in the original condition in which you received it, i.e. the packaging or the product must not be tampered or used. The returned product should be replaced by another product of your choice of the same or greater value, or you could receive a refund deducted by the shipping cost of €3.

In any case of product return, notify for your intention by email at, using the number of the Order / Invoice Number and the phone numbered registered.

Return shipping costs are borne by you, unless you have received a defective product from PerfumeHeart. In case that you have received a crumpled package you must take a picture of it before you open it and send the picture at so that we can investigate the case with the courier company and provide you a free of charge product return.

Product returns are not accepted on the grounds that the product is not genuine since all our products are 100% genuine and are accompanied by legal tax documents stating the full name of the product you received, which is a guarantee that you actually received this product and not another “counterfeit product”.

All our products have a listed production code from which you can check the date of production of the product through global sites as well as the corresponding barcode according to which you can find all the information with an internet search, (such as the company that manufactures it, their phones, etc.).

Finally, all our products are imported by major companies in EU and guarantee that all products are authentic.
